That's the apparent line that keeps coming up in the movie Unborn which is about ...erm... really, I think it's too ridiculous to be explained. Head to wikipedia to find out more.
Drats, tomorrow's Sunday and I have army duty which makes me wanna pout in rebellion. Haha.. I am nonsensical. Okay lah, bye.

We all know Rihanna's song 'Umbrella' was a big hit everywhere and it was literally the anthem of every boombox. I was browsing at random Wikipedia about the song and this whole part took my attention which left me in slight distraught and amusement; however that works out.
Coincidence with weather
The song's reign at number one in the United Kingdom and Ireland occurred as the regions were hit by extreme rainfall and flooding, which led The Sun to suggest the two events were related, with the media referring to it as the "Rihanna Curse". The UK-based publication adjudged the single brought bad luck to their country, and mentioned the date of the single's video shot which was Friday the 13th, adding further coincidence of the curse.[55] Before the single's release in May 14, weather temperature in the United Kingdom, London, Athens was relatively high, of which the latter's have reportedly reached to 20 °C. However, just a day after the release, "severe weather warnings hit the headlines".[55] In an article run by The Sun, it urged readers to join the campaign in knocking the songs off the chart's top spot, suggesting the readers with several songs to download instead.[55] Coincidentally, the precise day the song was dethroned in the chart, the weather seemed to improve.
A similar situation occurred in New Zealand, where the song hit number one in the early winter of 2007 as the country was experiencing some of the worst storms in its history.[56] During the weather conditions, Taranaki, Tauranga, and Auckland had experienced tornadoes and flooding in the Far North of the country. Once the single was replaced on the top spot, weather condition almost in the entire New Zealand pacified, although Hawke's Bay was still stormed.[56]
Now that's creepy.

You know what's cooler than Safari web browser? It's Firefox and it's add-on (emphasis).
By adding on two cute little features namely the Yoono sidebar which integrates every single entertainment avenue on it. You have Facebook, MSN, Imeem player, Gmail (literally view it via the snug sidebar), Twitter, MySpace and many others. The other add on would have to be the Tree Style Tabs which allows your tabs to be stacked above one another one by one. Now you really are ruling the internet. Magic at the fingertips.
I'm dumping Safari for now. Yeah it's cool but not integrated with the other applications enough.

tweet me! Monday, March 23, 2009
Twitter is a newest entertainment these days and after realizing that I'm missing out so much, I've finally set up my own twitter account and linked both this blog and my facebook to it.
Now we are all one big twitting family. Gosh, I'm picturing small little sparrows singing in merriment.
I just got back from an outing with the cg.
Okay, back to meddling with Twitter.

Everyone has their escape route at some point in life. You run through the shadows, thronging past every guilty thought and the more you do it, the further you separate yourself from the apparent reality of the very good you held on dearly for the past many years. Then the day of reckoning arrives and conscience knocks at your door. You cringe because you know the light is going to shine upon all what you've been trying to hide. Behold, the tingle.
Do you now
> give in, make good of things and become a better person and for all you know, a great destiny awaits? But at the same time you risk yourself some ridicule and jaundice eyes.
or
>ignore everything and numb yourself as you drift further until the Day?
Your choice.

I couldn't think of anything else to talk about Friday, March 20, 2009
Facebook-Everyone knows they have a new layout for their homepage and golly I think it looks nicer than the initial craft. There's more life sprung into it but the only bummer is having the new updates statuses plastered into a small obscured space on the top.
Hotmail- I've been experiencing so much distress with this stupid service. The mail in the mailbox cannot be opened and on top of this, you cannot delete mail. Is everyone else experiencing this too or is it just me? My junk mail is piling up.
Friendster- Does anyone remember it's existence? It's stupid IM chat (complete FB ripoff) is not working anyway and I think it's full of spam and ah-lians whichever you think is worse fits the bill for it to be shut down in it's totality.
Okay lah, enjoy the full-length show below.
oh yeah, my mum got a new car and it arrived last night. Silver Stream. This is one hot baby.

Gosh, I paid $45 today to get one of my tooth fixed of it's pain it's causing to my gum.
One of my first toothache in like years and really it sucks cos it basically means that my gums is ultra sensitive to cold stuff especially. There goes my ice-cream.
It's something about the enamel being rubbed off by too much friction of the brush.
Anyway, I passed my btt today and I don't feel any special really cos I felt that I should have passed it the first time if I had studied the civilian drivers' guidebook instead of the one provided by SAF. SAF focuses too much on safety sometimes it becomes a little absurd.
Have you seen the new Ipod shuffle lately?
4gb packed into that even smaller clip? Now with a voice to read out the names of the songs and the buttons are on the earphones itself. Everyone go 'wow'.

my campaign to wipe these people off the face of this earth Monday, March 09, 2009
I have this get this off my chest.
You know how they always proclaim love to be blind and obviously they do mean blind to other people's faults and taking the other party for who they are. But surely there is some room for discretion right? You cannot be totally blind to the fact when the other party's flaw is too jarring to even ignore right?
That's my friend for you. He isn't the computer savvy sort of guy and really, he just finds his fun at any other random stuff on the internet if he does use the computer. Now, we all know Facebook is the biggest thing out there and even the hermit will catch wind of it someday. So he did.
He was so determined to try and he asked me for help. I helped him through the whole tedious process of signing up, adding pictures, tagging photos, adding people, the works. As soon as he was getting his fix on the new thing, his girlfriend came ringing his phone. Apparently she, having a facebook account herself, whined at him for -now listen-not adding her first on his friends list (she claims that it can be seen on fb who you add first) and on top of this adding a whole load of other people whom he doesn't know. She demanded him to remove all his other friends off the list and valiantly declared to him that even she herself add people whom she knew. Her childish rant went on and on until my friend asked me to help him close down his account totally on that very same fateful day. Gosh what is wrong with these people? Facebook is a social network and if you do not add people, you will never know new people! And really what's the big issue about not adding her first on the friends list? Why, do you score yourself a prize if you were the first on that list?
Damn. When I heard about this, I was literally hopping mad. I cannot believe how childish she was and her glaring insecurity was really too much for anyone to handle- not even an outsider like me. I do not know how my friend can give in to her all the time. Biatch.
Surely you do know how she would in the future reign over his bank account and probably sms-ing every 5 minutes to check on him and his whereabouts. Ain't this suffocating? Is this love that's blind? Throw away lah...seriously, I'd rather keep the trash and throw her out.

old school shiz Sunday, March 08, 2009
So what if mac doesn't support the coolest games created for Windows?
You still have emulators to play old school stuff like these.
I'm enjoying it.
Yeah right, looks like I cannot mask the effects of chronic boredom.
7:32 PM
Gosh, it's a boring day. Sundays always suck if you have no plans made and that's usually the case for me. Anyway, I realised that it has been a while since I've updated this space.
March 2009 and I'm another month closer to the Day. I know I always talk about this when I blog but what can you expect from someone whose time is so stifled by a certain draconic organization?
I'm dying to go on a holiday trip. Preferably somewhere streaming with caucasians.
Now I'm contemplating at the back of my mind whether I should purchase the new K.C album, rummaging through the pros and cons (damn, must I complicate even such things?).
I see people around town and a certain wonder came to me, 'I'm too white for goodness sake.'
You see, I'm not like those who can lay by the waves under the scorching sun for hours. Okay I may do that when I achieve a decent figure.
Oh by the way, I caught the movie PUSH last night. Nice stuff. The whole concept is definitely Heroes inspired. Putting thoughts into others seems like the coolest power around. While the movies are slowly draining my cash-line, I secretly hold on to the hope that I would find a morass of dollar bills in my wallet one fine morning.
And one day, I shall buy myself a random air-ticket to a random somewhere.
At random, I never fail to amuse myself with stupid thoughts.
