Sometimes I want to write something substantial but end up coughing up only a few lines on every entry.
Yet, three strings of wise words from me is still better than a whole paragraph of blabber from someone else.

So I set off earlier today to collect the mysterious free gift.
Now not so mysterious- a TIMEX Expedition watch with quite a unique backlight on the whole of it's face.
There, the price tag attached caught my eye: SG $123.10 (US $87.05)
Ok lah, actually I knew I was supposed to get this gift when I signed up for the 5 years scheme of the leisure card.
Now, I've to see how I can enjoy my members-only privileges they boldly claim on their website.

Here's a list of things I've achieved/discovered along this 1 week break:
- I can fit into size M tees. Away with those XL counterparts
- My waistline has shrunk to a size 34. It used to be 40.
- I've become many tones darker and my skin is still suffering from sunburn peels.
- I bought a couple of tees from Orchard.
- I've got a measly $164 for Chinese New Year.
- Chinese New Year passed a little too quickly; and a matter of fact, too quietly this year.
- I've downloaded many songs over this time span.
- I've gotten myself a 250GB hard disk to store my digital content and a USB port multiplier.
- I've grown to love my PSP more and I've got more games now. Gee!
- I miss my Face The Giants book.
- Watched Ah Long Pte Ltd
- I bought a bag from Tough Jeansmith
Back to camp.
6 more weeks.

I haven't really had much time for my PSP ever since I bought it until recently. The game I'm currently throbbing my fingers to is The Sims 2 Castaway. It's quite an open-ended game and I'm figuring out my interest in controlling that small human and his needs.
Games would be last on my 'life's interests' list but I wanted to explore that arena of life anyway; hence the PSP.

My feet are currently recuperating from blisters I got from all the walking/running during the SIT test; something you need attend as long as you hold anything higher than an O levels certificate. Well, basically we spent two days out in the fields acting out solutions to problems posed by the instructor at different stations.
Technically it wasn't as bad as the previous field camp (except for the 8KM,4KM,2 KM fast marches each morning respectively) until water came from the skies...
Yes, we had to continue with our stints under the rain. Heavy rain.
I took 3 days' MC before a half day on Wednesday.
I'll be waiting patiently for the Chinese New Year.
