I had quite an enjoyable evening with KS, Sean and Ah Cai. The 4 of us met at Cineleisure to have a meal at Long John's Silver before heading on to the cinema at the highest floor to watch the movie 'X-MEN 3'. Sidetrack, the popcorn served there was quite delicious...smaller in proportion but much nicer than those served in Golden Village.

Besides trying to piece my projects together, my books are left untouched for the last 5 weeks.
Woo, just where did time
run to when you really need it? Now, I'm left in a slow spinning confusion of where to actually begin and that little insecurity of failing my exams (I did not then, I shall not now) comes creeping all over me. Gosh, it's about time I start flipping those white pages and fill them with highlights of different sorts. At least then it will validate my studying (real one hor!) and leave me a peace of mind.

This whole week could pratically make you go
GAGAAll the waiting is finally done when the weekend arrives. So much so, you start twisting your fingers and biting off it's nails in anticipation. Hoping for the biggest two things to hit shores this summer.
Hail and welcome the arrival of the much talked about RED RAIN CONCERT. Yes, this is the loudest holler I'm going to make.
RED RAIN RED RAIN RED RAIN! To all those pinning your eyes to this post, I've got a task for you. Go grab 10 tickets and invite all your friends! NOW!
Next comes the breath-taker. The movie that will set us all soaring and salivating ( I don't know how that works out). Hail the movie
'X-MEN, the last stand' which opens 25th May 2006. Mutants fight it out. Humans enjoy show.
Okay, time to rock.

I just realised that I was very aggressive and fierce in my previous blog entry. Nah, I'm not at all apologetic about standing up for the truth. Maybe I should apologise for being so fierce... haha.. but then again, to whom?
Anyway, I bought a number of Esprit T-shirts today. Yes, those shirts on the shelf which had a sign with large words screaming '$19.90 each'.
My tagboard is back if you've not noticed it already.
Also, RED RAIN concerts coming up next week. Time to get dressed and zip down to Kallang Theatre!
OEI, BETTER COME HOR!

Poseidon and Da Vinci's ridiculous Code

Yesterday was just an ordinary day. I had lesson till 12pm before heading the Nokia Shop with an intention to collect my twice-repaired phone. I waited patiently till my number was called and the lady spotting a smile told me that my phone was still at the headquaters and it wasn't ready for collection yet. Drats! Another wasted trip. This time, they told me that they will inform me via a phonecall when it is ready. Hurriedly, I stood up and the next thing I found my laptop falling to the ground from the table where I placed it. Yes, it cracked at the edge badly and I had to hesitantly drag myself all the way to Jurong where the ACER care centre was 'stratagically' located to get it fixed. And surprisingly, it was done on the spot. I went to Plaze Singapura after that to catch the movie POSEIDON. Ah, it was a good movie with all the special effects and whatnot. Imagine: Having your room turned upside down literally and all the things begin to fall. Yeah, similar experience in the ship.
And today, I caught the movie which sparked up a huge controversy, 'THE DA VINCI'S CODE'. Alone yet again. I rushed to the cinema at Plaza Singapura after school ended at 5plus near 6. Alas, the huge hooha was behind the 'Holy Grail' and the picture of the Last Supper where the artist had drawn John to be like a woman and in the end concluded to be MARY MAGDALENE instead(what in the world?!). What was more bizzare was that the movie claimed Mary to be Jesus's wife and both had a daughter before the cruxification and their linage was still present today. ISN'T that outright heresy?! Outright Trash. Woe to those who read the book/watched the movie and believed it's hoax that will con mankind. You fools! Go read the Bible! Go watch Passion of the Christ (why don't you tell me that's fake too?!) If I could, I would have slapped the hell out of you fools. Jesus, the Son of God DIED and paid a price for us all and he was ridiculously deemed as only but a mere MAN.
Oh yeah, talk about the human brain. Haven't you noticed? The Human Brain tend to believe negativity, or rather, the Human Brain has more ability to disbelief than throw it's stake in and believe or what better known as faith. The faith that will save all mankind.

The Emerge video is finally completed and submitted.
I hope the video will garner itself some good rewards worth my many days of not sleeping.
I'm going to watch some movies soon!
Who wants to join me?
haha.. oh sorry, you can't reply.
Tagboard flew away.

Rest at last.
The past few days had been the most exciting stay in the room behind the church. I've been working on the Building Fund video and it's finally launched today and the day before (now, dare you tell me it wasn't a visual feast? *smirks).
I'm now working with Koon Yew on the last 35% of the EMERGE video. Before I go any further, I want to say Kudos to Koon Yew for taking the pains to edit the wonderful video. Visuals cannot go without sound... exciting visuals all the more cannot carry on without following a cardiac arresting audio mix right?
I shall be strong.
Destiny calls.
I can't stay on your morphine. It's making me itch.
To the middle of my frustrated fears,
I shall seek the One on high.

And the worst took place today.
My phone couldn't be switched on, AT ALL! Trust it to have such good timing; to come during the time when not even half of my school day was done. Okay, I shall send it to the Nokia Care Centre tomorrow and hopefully they will not take eternity to fix it.
Dwelling on this point, I just want to say that you all still can satisfy your secret needs to listen to my voice because I'm still contactable at the same number! I'll be using the spare phone left on top of my drawer.
School's been good today. I was anticipating the day to end quicker because I wanted to fly (literally) home to have a shuteye. I do not know why but I'm exceptionally tired on the earlier parts of the day (not enough exercise?!).
Okay, everybody hold on to your cameras cos I'm embarking on my journey to lose weight. The emphasis is 'embarking'.
Love God!

Dropped.
Saturday, May 06, 2006
Gosh, I'm really so careless nowadays. I just dropped my phone again! Argh, I did the same the other day and had to send it for repair. Now it had to happen again... luckily the drop didn't manage to leave any damage to the phone other than the slightly bigger hole on the side... I'm hoping that the hole wasn't caused by the landing on the floor. Okay, that's news for you about my phone.
Small talk.

I'm down with a mix of bad sore throat, throbbing headaches and body aches.
Oh no, what's happening now?
Somebody pray for me, I beg a boon of thee-the feeling's way uncomfortable.
Go check out this week's issue of 8 days; page 51. There's an article on Red Rain, the band who is coming by to Singapore for a concert which admission is free for all. I mean how good can it get?

Soaking up the rain
Tuesday, May 02, 2006
Argh, woke up with a bad tummy and I felt like vomitting. I guess it must have been the late nights previously. Now, what I really needed was that little more rest I much hungered for (goodbye to lessons in school for tuesday). Then I heard some voice coming through the amplifiers of a certain van passing by my estate; urging people to vote for PAP. Politics is sure complicating.
Spending most of my day sitting on my bed in front of my laptop; chatting on MSN, blogging and updating certain pictures on Red Rain Website was absolute boredom, ironically.
Haven't you heard? Okay, I shall let you into the biggest news of May then. The band which brought you 'Summer' and 'Oasis' hits the Kallang Theatre this May. Red Rain is a rock group having sounds very much inspired by U2. Christian and very much radical about it, they're set rock the house. So why don't you get into your little get-ups and head down to the Kallang Theatre this coming 27th and 28th May. Admission is FREE! Punch on the following link for more information and also your free tickets!

This is one experience you won't forget. I'm going to catch the movie 'When a stranger calls' with Rebekah and Jiexin later on. Finally, somebody asked me out for a breather! haha.. tune in to this space for more updates if it was of any interest to you. Hehe =)

Wow.. It's Tuesday already.
Labour day was great. Hmm.. okay before I go all over the place, let me recollect what happened yesterday and lay them down for your reading pleasure.
Sunday- Finally, the arrival of the day long awaited. We celebrated Pastor Lia's birthday. The whole performance was really great and all the effort really paid off. I totally adore the choir. The mixture of voices of different tones brought about heaven. It was a blast!
Sean, FX and I stayed over at Bryan's house on Sunday night till the next day. I hoped I turned the house upside down before I left... okay, I didn't.
